What to expect in the trial session:

  1. A 5 minute goal setting conversation and chat through past injuries or niggles

  2. A 5 minute mobility and stability assessment (especially checking for imbalances)

  3. A 45 minute training session based on your goal and weak areas or imbalances

  4. min stretching

  5. min discussion on what went well, what to improve, what you liked/enjoyed or didn't like.

(Available within a 5km radius of Prenzlauer Berg).
