  • 2. Do I need a gym membership?
    If you're training at our Danziger Straße location, you don't need a gym membership. If you don't live in the area, you can also join commercial gyms like FitX (around 24 euro per month) or Holmes place (around 60 euros per month). Feel free to reach out to discuss the most convenient option for you.
  • 1. Where are your personal training services offered?
    Preferably in Prenzlauer Berg at our boutique gym in Danziger Straße, but we can also travel to surrounding areas like Friedrichshain or Mitte for a small fee.
  • 3. What is your cancellation policy?
    We understand that plans can change. You can cancel or reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance without any penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will not be eligible for a refund.

    Our strength training sessions focus on building and maintaining muscle through progressive resistance exercises. We also emphasize balance training to enhance core stability and prevent falls. By integrating these elements, we create a comprehensive fitness plan that supports your overall health and functional movement.

    Zone 2 cardio is a moderate-intensity exercise that improves your metabolic flexibility and aerobic capacity. By staying within this heart rate zone, you can burn fat more efficiently, enhance endurance, and support long-term cardiovascular health. Our programs incorporate Zone 2 cardio to ensure you achieve these benefits.
