Age Shift Refund Policy

At Age Shift, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with our personal training services. However, if for any reason you are unsatisfied or need to cancel, please refer to our refund policy below:
 

1. Cancellations and Refunds
 

• Trial Sessions: Free trial sessions can be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. No charges apply for trial session cancellations.

• Paid Sessions: Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling. Sessions canceled within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged the full session fee.

• Packages: For training packages, refunds will be offered on a pro-rata basis for any unused sessions, provided the request is made at least 24 hours before the next scheduled session.
   

2. Non-Refundable Services
 

Certain services or products (such as digital downloads or personalized training plans) are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.
 

3. Processing Refunds
 

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7-10 business days of approval.
